Historically significant, this marked the first time in professional cycle racing that custom art bikes had ever been used in competition.Directly oversaw and collaborated with external artists and studios and internal Trek design team to overcome complex design challenges and ensure creative output and fabrication to the highest quality levels. All bikes were then exhibited in Nike's "Stages" art show and ultimately auctioned for over $10M USD at Sotheby's to benefit Livestrong.Authored and edited accompanying catalog/PR materials and worked to drive support PR/social media/digital campaign.
