With a combined total of over 50 years experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance and Information Technology, Bristol Risk Solutions was founded by Steve Harris and Jamie Paddon with the objective to deliver quality end-to-end business continuity, risk management, internal audit, business transformation, governance, cyber security and IT solutions.

Following Vistra's acquisition of the Radius business, I led the Vistra Group's global Risk Management and Internal Audit team of nine staff in this $620m business. I built Enterprise Risk Management capability within the Group and led delivery of the Internal Audit programme. I also developed global Business Continuity Planning solutions and managed the delivery of SSAE18 SOC1 and SOC2 engagements.

RADIUS helps businesses expand and win globally. We manage overseas operations and outsource entire global accounting and administrative functions. Services include integrated international accounting, finance, banking, tax, HR, legal and compliance services, as well as a cloud-based software platform that allows you to manage all of your global operations from your desk.I led the Company's global Internal Audit, Risk Management and Internal Compliance function, which comprised of 12 members of staff in both the UK and India. I set the global internal audit and risk management strategy with the Board and SLT and ensured timely delivery of SSAE16 SOC1 and SOC2 accreditations, compliance and risk-based internal audit reviews and strategic audit projects, managed global business continuity capability, maintained global insurance provision and led internal compliance activities, including GDPR, Anti-Money Laundering, and Anti-bribery and Corruption. I also acted as Radius's MLRO and DPO.

I led a team of 8 internal auditors across two offices, Bristol and Cardiff, and managed a client portfolio worth £1.3m p.a. operating in a variety of sectors, including Higher and Further Education, Social Housing, Utilities, and FSA regulated companies.

I led the Management Accounting function of the Trust during the period of the Trust's disolution.

Deputy to the Chief Internal Auditor of a large NHS Internal Audit Consortium covering the wider Bristol area.
