• Research and write standard language updates; • Develop and produce client-specific, business-oriented proposals and presentations; • Coordinated cross functional teams of subject matter experts to move the sales process forward;• Assist in strategic market/product market research; • Support the proposal development process including graphics, process flows, and organizational charts; • Strategize proposal positioning with the sales team; • Develop text and graphics used in proposals and presentations; • Gather information from multiple sources to create new and effective text.

•Assist with special projects to include research and analysis on project needs, taking appropriate action and ensuring that projects are completed as required. •Assist with grant writing in order to obtain grant dollars to sustain special projects and/or programs supported by the authority. •Monitor authority compliance with project and/or program requirements and submit applicable reports to management and HUD. Prepare routine status and progress reports. •Monitor grant managed programs to ensure that dollars are being used appropriately and conduct research on funding available to be used by residents in need of assistance. •Maintain authority calendar of required reports for projects and/or programs and notify managers when reports are due. Maintain previous reports completed and notify the Executive Director whenreports are not completed. •Liaison to the authority Board Members, providing information and materials needed for Board meetings.•Conduct quality control checks on authority files, reports and documents to ensure compliance with application federal and/or state regulations.

• Develop and edit website and brochure content for the Office of the Associate Provost for International Education and Global Programs. • Work with the Global Programs and Study Abroad staff to increase utilization of social media such as Facebook and Twitter. • Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty and staff visiting the Office of International Education.• Other special projects and research related to international education as assigned by the Associate Provost for IEGP or Manager for Global Initiatives.

•Responsible for sales, marketing and general customer service for RBJ products. •Responsible for targeting and reaching out to individuals and companies for possible future subscriptions.•Created a weekly customer service process which included phone calls, letters and emails to new subscribers. •Monitor social media pages, google analytics, and smart-marketing databases for subscriber activities for e-newsletters and the newspaper. •Marketed the 2012 Explore magazine and helped to reconstruct the Explore website.
