Achievements: * Within 6 months took the branch from a “Low B” to a “Strong A” Grade Audit , through implementing “safety nets” and safeguards in the branch to ensure we had tight controls. This was the Cambridge Branch’s first ever “A” Audit. * Influenced the productivity in the branch by ensuring I had the right people in the right place. Branch went from being in the bottom 50% to the top 25% in the area. * Delivered data improvements to the area through creating and maintaining the area’s weekly activity, through building these Excel Spreadsheets it enabled me to identify key trends and weaknesses of the Suffolk & Cambridgeshire Area and feedback my findings and suggestions to the Area Manager to implement. Branch Manager Sawston Branch June 2015 – July 2016 Achievements: * Achieved A Grade Audit, through implementing “safety nets” and safeguards in the branch to ensure we had tight controls. * November 2015 winner of the society “Raising The Roof” nomination scheme due to helping Area Manager in absence. * Part of the project team that helped to implement the new journey for our Home Insurance journey.
