- Help clients understand their policy coverage, by creating policy summaries, policy schedules, and claims reporting documents, as well as answering any of their questions via email or over the phone- Assist with the renewal process; tasks include: helping prepare submission documents, corresponding with carriers when obtaining quotes, analyzing the quotes, using quotes to prepare the proposal, checking the proposal for accuracy, obtaining client's order to bind and notifying the carrier of the client's binding decision, delievering confirmation of coverage after carrier confirms the coverage is bound, checking binders for accuracy, and checking the policies for accuracy in a timely manner-Attend renewal strategy meetings with carriers and clients to discuss the implemenation of the new insurance program, and stratigize on how to improve the insurance coverage at renewal and ensure that the client has the best coverage to cover their exposure

- Logged the service events of legal documents into the computer system- Prepared the Affidavits of Service and the legal and medical records that lawyers use in court cases- Organized the Affidavits of Service by case number, defendant, and reason for service and entered them into the Philadelphia Court's E-filling system
