Responsibilities included greeting and checking in patients as they come in, taking care of all patient as they leave, answering patient care calls, booking patient’s appointments and confirming same, doing authorizations for medications, preparing disability forms, scanning documents into patient charts, in charge of coordinating the receipt of patient charts, sending out reminder letters, sending prescriptions to pharmacies, and printing out pre-natals to send to hospitals
