I am responsible for leading and managing user experience design for Linksys division of Belkin. I manage designers and process from initial research through production. I am part of a team that ensures Belkin products are recognized for quality and innovation. Our team works closely with the other design disciplines, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure project goals are met. I lead, represent, and develop designers on Belkin's User Experience team.

Responsible for leading UI and user experience for StarSightings, a celebrity geo-location based photo streaming website and mobile app. StarSightings is the only mobile app with a live, organized, photo stream that notifies you when celebrities are nearby on your mobile device. Part of the team from inception to execution and launch. Involved in strategic product development, feature prioritization of the business. Led all visual conceptualization & branding across all platforms, site & mobile. Responsible for all creative hand-off for development.

Led user experience & creative strategy for Homesavvi.com, a home remodeling resource site. Solely responsible for all information architecture, user content organization, visual conceptualization, user testing, and web production. Helped prioritize product features with executive team and provided creative workflow. Lead creative on all aspects of web development and encouraged best and latest technology practices from conceptualization to execution. Based on this site-wide re-design, Homesavvi.com was awarded a long-strategic partnership with Seattle Times on September 2010.

Part of the interactive team that re-designed 3LCD.com, DLP.com and Microsoft Small Business Startup. Collaborated in user experience with art directors, information architects, writers and developers. Well-versed in producing multiple design pages and delivery of all materials for development hand-off. Was also part of the creative team for Cole & Weber’s client Capella University, one of the leading online schools in the nation. Responsibilities included design work for client pitch and extensive online ad campaigns, as well as lead generating creative elements for the Performance Marketing Group, which includes advertising banners and micro sites not only for Capella University, but other online schools and aggregators.

MSN Games version 9:Led a team of designers in implementation of MSN Games site wide re-design. Managed design team schedule and prioritized team tasks and assignments. Created technical diagrams and specifics for graphic to HTML translation. Wrote the instructional material and site guidelines. Designed both animated (Flash) and static production for site assets and promotional inventory.MSN Games CLUBHOUSE Membership:Led design team in visual product development for Games subscription service. Collaborated with PM, Dev, Test and provided end-to-end user scenarios and visual flow. Designed a subscription player user interface, which resulted in visual strategies and direction for membership feature. Provided full HTML graphic specification and diagrams for code translation to be used by development team. Managed design team schedule and task assignments.
