My career evolution began with a family business. As a kid, I was often rolling up my sleeves to do whatever needed to be done - assembling goods, setting up booths at trade shows, sales, bookkeeping - you name it, I did it. This early work ethic and exposure prepared me well. I started my professional career in direct sales, and those early skills made me a natural. I have a knack for understanding buyer behavior and market requirements and turning that into product positioning.My sales experience also contributes to my success as a marketer. It's not enough to know how to market your products, you also need to be help a sales force interact with their market. "Carrying a bag" as they say earns you respect amongst sales teams, but in addition to that, it has ultimately prepared me to provide effective sales enablement tools and programs to help sales reps position solutions and services.I am a strong leader, with a love for teaching and mentoring. I lead my teams with clear strategic direction and guidance, with a focus on the end game, for successful execution.
