​Hello! I am the owner/designated broker of North48 Real Estate. I am a top producing real estate agent in the Stanwood/Camano Island and beyond area. Growing up in this area, my family has been in here since 1889, helping to found Stanwood and Camano Island. With 18 years experience, I earned my Masters Degree in teaching, been awarded top producer, and have been featured in a prominent real estate magazine. I also starred in the hit show "Island Life" on HGTV. I recently was voted "Community Woman of the Year" for the Stanwood Camano Best Of 2020. My goal as an owner of this company is to serve the brokers who choose to work with me, and to make sure our clients are number 1. After graduating as a Spartan from Stanwood High School, I always knew I wanted to stay here and raise a family someday. I have a wonderful husband, Ryan, who is a Fire Chief at Tulalip Bay Fire Department. We have three amazing children; Chloe, Alyssa, and Tommy (and Tolly the labradoodle).
