Perform ad-hoc analysis to determine profitability of accounts and machines. Assist with asset purchase decisions. Ensure bookkeeping accuracy and completion. Evaluate business processes and establish SOP's for operations, warehouse, employee management and service.

Oversee the finance and business intelligence teams. Manage the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting and all ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support the company's financial decisions. Act as a liaison between the finance team and other works groups. Responsible for overseeing the compilation of the quarterly board package. Hire, train, and develop team of analysts and managers.

Support the People Services department with ad-hoc analysis, department budgeting and forecasting and reporting. Maintain the company labor overview report providing insight into headcount trends, attrition and employee overhead.

Oversee the crew services department. Continuously work towards documenting and improving processes, as well as departmental training to ensure consistency in application. Work closely with flight ops and inflight management teams to ensure collaboration on projects, overcome operational challenges and identify ways to improve the experience for crewmembers.

Oversee the finance group that supports sales & marketing, customer analytics, distribution channels, pricing and network planning. Also oversee the business intelligence group.

Provide ad-hoc analysis for a variety of projects, from a financial planning perspective, to aid in the long-term goals of the company.

Responsibilities included preparing descriptive statistics and end reports for a variety of law suits, such as Wrongful Death, Discrimination, and Disability. Also responsible for day to day office activities; billing, client communication, scheduling, etc.
