•Create purchase orders for materials such as lumber, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, etc…•Review plan sets against vendor bids to determine accuracy of bids for materials such as electrical, lighting, plumbing, flooring, mirrors, windows, stairs, etc…•Compare bids of separate vendors in order to establish best possible pricing and quality•Setup new communities within Brix by entering said bids and reviewing entries to determine accuracy•Maintain flooring and countertop square footages in Lotus Notes to ensure sales pricing correctness•Resolve billing issues by researching and reconciling outstanding invoices within the appropriate time frame•Process buyer changes by updating pertinent purchase orders

•Manage the wireless account for approximately 1400 subscribers using Wireless Manager and SmartCD software•Create strategy for all Wireless plans to obtain the most cost savings possible while utilizing the technologies that best suited the business•Create monthly reports regarding allocation and asset tracking of wireless equipment for Accounts Payable•Create reports for the IT Director and CIO regarding wireless account activity and telecom proposals•Setup meetings with telecom vendors to build strong relationships and manage a growing telecom account•Assist new employees with ordering and setting up Wireless devices
