I am passionate about helping unlock their full potential and find ways to let it thrive!As a Registered Psychologist, my primary focus is on the treatment of trauma. As part of my ongoing commitment to growth and further education, I am currently working on a postdoctoral program in Neuropsychology to advance my understanding of the connection between brain and behavior and plan to focus on the application of neuropsychological understanding to the treatment of PTSD, especially in first responder and veteran populations.

Working primarily from a Cognitive Behavioural perspective I specialize in trauma, stress/burnout, anxiety, depression, and building self-esteem while creating healthy boundaries. My research is based mainly in men's issues from a feminist (gender equal) perspective - how definitions of masculinity create pressures for men and the implications of those pressures. I work with couples to help rebuild connections, enhance communication, overcome infidelity, sexual issues, and conflict. I strive to create a warm, caring, and non-judgemental environment for my clients to engage in self-exploration and growth.
