Currently working in the digital learning space, creating digital learning content for internal users and external coaches and clients. Digital Learning allows you to create great visual journeys that puts a user into an interactive space and guides them through any topic and makes them understand that topic in a short space of time. I have predominantly worked on projects and change on a global and national scale. My broad technology mindset has seen requirements and design delivered for various programs including product training, sports psychology, smart metering, GDPR and other regulatory areas. Through working across the project life cycle I have seen and personally enhanced many business processes, customer journey design and customer experiences for the better.
