I currently head up the Technical / Engineering department at Helpdesk Communications.We provide bespoke communication solutions to help our customers save money. Our customers like the start-to-finish service we offer.Currently our biggest seller is Panasonic. We have installed over 200 Panasonic telephone systems in the last 18 months. It is very versatile making it not just affordable but provides customers with a professional, feature rich solution.We also have industry renowed product which is known as Hosted/VoIP/Cloud. This is fastly becoming 'the solution' for many businesses. The average amount of users for a solution of its kind is between 10-12 users.Avaya is also a product we install. We provide this for slightly larger customers who have more niche requirements. Perfect for customers with multiple sites and high call volumes.Ongoing maintenance and support is also a massive part of Helpdesk Communications. Providing customers with 1 years FREE maintenance on any telephone system purchased from ourselves. We enable remote support on all of our systems, saving the customer the costly expense of having engineers attending site for minor system changes.I also take care of the provisioning of;Analogue Lines - Digital Lines - Business Broadband - SIP Lines - Hosted Phones.

At MB System Networks I looked after the Technical & Engineering side of the company.We had a large base of customers in which we maintained and supported for both of their telephone systems and business telephone lines.I worked on a range on business telephone systems which included; Panasonic, BT, Samsung and Hosted Telephony.I also looked after a small base of customers with I.T requirements, which included networking, wireless networks, server installation, email and website hosting.I also looked after a large call centre in Birmingham with over 200 users, we supplied and installed all of the communication equipment; telephone system, call logging, call recording and an advance voicemail system which included call queuing, auto attendant and a professional courtesy service.

At Birmingham Telecom I started my communications career.I started by installing BT Versatility telephone systems for SME businesses.Configuring incoming ringing, call groups, hunt groups, voicemail, auto attendant and much more.I progressed on to installing Panasonic telephone systems which were more advanced.By installing telephone systems I was introduced into the world of PSTN, ISDN2 and ISDN30. This also went hand-in-hand with structured cabling and basic voice wiring.As time passed I progressed into a senior engineer, training new engineers which became part of the company.Hosted / Cloud / VoIP was also one of the many solutions I provisioned and installed.
