Plan and implement all details related to the events and campus visit experience at Oklahoma State University. Provide leadership and direction to two Campus Visit Specialists and a team of forty campus tour guides. Lead an event committee that includes colleagues from the enrollment management team and the campus community. Serve as the point of contact for all event communication to campus constituents, while working collaboratively with representatives from the campus community. Work closely with the admissions communications and data teams to ensure messaging and goals of the campus visit and event program are timely and accurate. Assist off-site admissions counselors with events in the Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston Metro areas. Work with internal and external venue managers, caterers, and vendors to ensure all operational details are handled at the highest level of detail. Outline detailed staff assignments and host training sessions for staff and volunteers prior to each event. Provide direction to over 100 volunteers at our premier academic-focused event, OSU Up Close. Analyze data and make recommendations based on information gathered. Serve as a member of the Admissions leadership team as a Senior Coordinator. Collaborate with fellow coordinators and director staff on a daily basis to ensure office-wide recruitment efforts are effective.Facilitate and run a monthly campus-wide recruitment community meeting.Manage all aspects of in-person and virtual events.
