Power in Numbers (PiN) aims to provide support and resources for small businesses with under $500k in revenue owned by women and other marginalized groups.Our goal is to make financial support more accessible to even the smallest of business owners by connecting them with resources and vetted service providers who can help them. This includes self-employed tax pros, accountants, bookkeepers, CFOs, and business lawyers who believe in the importance of financial and legal literacy at all stages of business.Power in Numbers is currently looking to connect with other financial and legal industry rebels who are willing to challenge the status quo and find better ways to serve the people who really need us. Consultant assisting in the post-Merger transition from the Atlanta-based headquarters to the new London-based headquarters. Main responsibilities include training new team members and assisting in the overall stabilization of the department. Leader of the large-scale project to and harmonize all 85+ accounting policies and processes across all territories post-Merger. Responsible for the first required XBRL tagging of SEC filings as a foreign private issuer.

Instrumental role in the Merger between Coca-Cola Enterprises, Coca-Cola Iberian Partners, and Coca-Cola Germany to form the largest Coca-Cola bottler worldwide (Approx $12 billion annual revenue).Assisted in the preparation of the F-4 Registration Statement and EU Prospectus to close the deal, including the construction of pro-forma financial statements under both U.S. GAAP and IFRS. Project lead on the conversion from U.S. GAAP to IFRS, leading a team of approximately 10 internal and external resources to convert the prior two years of financials statements to IFRS in less than six months. Responsible for preparation and review of the first interim and full-year (20-F) report for CCEP under IFRS.

Technical research lead for U.S. GAAP accounting, responsible for authoring and reviewing technical memos and advising the business on significant accounting topics. Key accounting liason with Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax, Consolidations, Legal, and Record-to-Report functions to ensure timely and accurate SEC filings (10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks).

Responsible for SEC reporting and technical accounting research under U.S. GAAP, footnote preparation and review, cash flow, MD&A, XBRL. Served as a key liaison with internal and external auditors, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations, Consolidations, and Record-to-Report teams. Assisted in the migration of Record-to-Report and other central finance functions to a Shared Services center located in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Specialized in accounting for derivatives (designated and non-designated hedges) and debt, as well as preparation of SEC filings.Heavily involved in the $15 billion business combination in 2010 in which CCE sold its North American bottling operations to the Coca-Cola Company and simultaneous purchased Coca-Cola's Norway and Sweden bottling operations. Involvement included: preparation of Hart Scott Rodino anti-trust filings with the FTC, preparation of historical carve-out and pro forma financial statements for the S-4/Proxy, and post-Merger accounting policy/procedure harmonization and integration activities.
