This project provides a new system interface with external agencies which will result in a cost savings for the larger customer agencies as they will no longer have to pay the Connect:Direct fee that is required with the current e-Delivery process. • Served as Project Manager for the WMT project, which automated manual processing of assigning cases to Feds and Contractors.
