CurrentStarted at OPM in May 2010, until transition to NBIB and finally DCSA. • Serve as Project Manager for the new SF85P development using the SAFe methodology. Includes major enhancements and upgrades to several automated legacy systems, to include Personnel Investigations Processing System (PIPS), OPM's PIPS Imaging System (OPIS), Fingerprint Transaction System (FTS), Dashboard Management Reporting System (DMRS), and Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e-QIP). Manage persons/teams responsible for development, engineering, testing and implementation of changes. Coordinate and work closely with the business stakeholders to provide guidance and recommendations.• Served as Project Manager for new development of the ARC-Nlets system that was implemented to Production in April 2018. Business processes were defined/mapped out with the business to develop user requirements and acceptance criteria. System enhancements included replacement of manual processing with automated processing and allowed for automatic closing of cases for approximately 60% of the workload, resulting in decreased cost and time it takes to conduct an Nlets search.• Member of the ARC-Nlets Authority to Operation (ATO) security initiative working group that resulted in an interim ATO and only 18 POAMs. A full 3-year ATO was granted in October 2018 after additional work was done to remediate the outstanding POAMs. • Served as Project Manager for the ODS project; UAT was successfully completed and production deployment is pending. This project provides a new system interface with external agencies which will result in a cost savings for the larger customer agencies as they will no longer have to pay the Connect:Direct fee that is required with the current e-Delivery process. • Served as Project Manager for the WMT project, which automated manual processing of assigning cases to Feds and Contractors.
