My core responsibilities included:- Efficiently handling support tickets to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.- Creating and managing monitoring solutions for servers and workstations, ensuring peak performance and minimal downtime.- Developing advanced custom scripts using PowerShell to enhance monitoring capabilities and automate repetitive tasks.- Overseeing the overall health and performance of customer IT infrastructure, providing proactive maintenance.
