Initially responsible for the restructuring of Europe’s largest Poker staking operation with offices located in Cape Town, South Africa San Jose, Costa Rica and London, England. Transformed the staking business from being office based on to an online platform, in order to reduce costs and increase productivity. Set up and managed syndicate agreements, contracts with players, weekly reporting on trading and player performance. Responsible for the recruitment of new staff and the dismissal of non-performing players.After completion of the restructure, the Poker farm moved on to staking the most successful players in live cash games and tournaments around the globe. Daily responsibilities included travelling with high profile players managing finances, contracts and business relationships for both the business and the players in Asia, Europe, US and Australia. Dealt with highly confidential business transactions. Assisted with budgets and projections, strategy for the growth and future of the business. The Poker Farm has staked and managed some of the most successful names in Poker including Sam Trickett, Jake Cody, Luke Schwartz, James Akenhead and Roberto Romanello with winnings combined totaling over $20 Million.
