I support the sales teams’ efforts to sell various powder processing equipment. This includes material evaluation and testing product(s) according to customer requirements. Additionally, I provide technical support for equipment commissioning's and application improvements.

Throughout my eight-year tenure, I supported critical research and engineering activities that enabled commercial manufacturing successes. This included processing zeolite in accordance with company methodologies and via catalyst formulation and analysis, providing key technical support for commercial manufacturing processes at the plant level, ensuring proper working order and maintenance of equipment, and more. I managed an average of 5-6 concurrent projects, including conducting all related data and sample analysis activities. Throughout my tenure, I delivered multiple transformative project elements and solutions, including completing all of the research in a Kilo Lab for a Gen 3 zeolite in a three-month time frame that enabled commercialization of the process and related customer implementations. I also led cross-training efforts that boosted organizational efficiency and effectiveness and played a key role in supporting merger-related activities following the acquisition of Rive Technology by W.R. Grace in 2019.
