I recently joined officeworks with 5 years of IT and Technology experience and over 12 years Project Management experience. I have first hand knowledge as an end user and implementor of integrated technology solutions. In the last four years, I have managed AV solutions and installations not only locally but in the UK, Europe, Australia and India. I am responsible for growing integrated technology sales, which includes working closely with the sales team, dealer network and A&D community.- Responsible for developing audio visual sales solutions, budgets, RFP documents based on package requirements to both existing and future clients- Manage audio visual and furniture installations from conception to completion- Work with internal designers to ensure timely installation of furniture as designed and as expected by clients- Provide ongoing support, issue resolution and training as requested by client- Create, manage and adhere to budgets approved by client- Attend construction meetings and provide information and documentation to project teams as requested

- Events- global sales meetings (United States, Madrid, UK), PegaWORLD (3000 attendees) and Pega India Developer Conference (2000 attendees). Work with the business on all requirements, visit site and hotel IT department to negotiate rates and understand infrastructure, submit budget to marketing or sales, design solution and create and manage IT team onsite- Worldwide Audio Visual- Design, install and manage AV solutions at all global Pegasystems offices- US (California, Massachusetts) UK, Paris, Amsterdam, Australia and India (Bangalore and Hyderabad)- Managed AV from conception to completion for new office in Cambridge, $3 million budget

-Managed IT for PegaWORLD and Sales meetings- Work with the business on all requirements, visit site and hotel IT department to negotiate rates and understand infrastructure, submit budget to marketing or sales, design solution and create and manage IT team onsite-Create and manage global Laptop deployment program-Responsible for all IT team building events-Liaison between business and IT to better manage relationship and requirements of the business-Responsible for compiling and presenting global monthly metrics in powerpoint from all Infrastructure departments- network, help desk, applications, telephony and security

-Responsible for calendar management, arranging vendor meetings, travel arrangements, vendor payments, maintaining sports marketing event calendar and coordinating Christmas party for approximately 100 people-Create in PowerPoint presentations given to sports marketing directors, managers and field reps on a quarterly basis product assortment, seasonal sales figures and website improvements -Work with project manager to secure product samples, content proofing, assist in photo shoots and to ensure all gates and dates are met for seasonal website launch -Attend sales meetings and report back to department key seasonal initiatives and overall marketing direction -Develop, execute and report in Excel on detailed demand, inventory, purchase and/or delivery plans for apparel, footwear and equipment

-Responsible for calendar management, expense reports, travel arrangements, ordering office supplies/cell phones/computers, invoicing and payments, meeting coordination including location and catering, coordinating dinners and events for out of town guests and arranging catering in suites at sporting events-Manage Athlete Hospitality Suite at all major soccer events from scouting location, design concept, staff, product handouts, catering, special requests, transportation and payments-Ensure strategic placement for all product obligations within Soccer Sports Marketing-Plan and place product buys for all Soccer Sports Marketing commitments including clubs, colleges, US Soccer Federation, Pro, Events and Seeding-Work with Brand Marketing on seasonal initiatives within soccer and inline to ensure correct product is bought and seeded on athletes -Work closely with Men’s Pro Rep in handling all athletes product needs, team/athlete visits and special requests-Merchandize and outfit athletes and teams for all photo shoots and appearances
