- Source internet for potential Physician, executive and midlevel candidates- Work with search consultants in creating and implementing sourcing plans as needed.- Assists with professional recruiting process for searches as designated for physicians, executives, and midlevel providers- Monitor external websites and job boards- Build a talent pipeline for all physician specialties - Manage Deskflow as the applicant tracking system - Prepare new recruiting material, including fliers and all online job postings- Research and recommend new recruiting sources; analyze and prepare reports on compensation and other statistical data- Use all sourcing techniques such as cold calls, mass emails, job postings, social media, etc.- Coordinate all job fair travel arrangements- Support Search consultants throughout entire recruitment cycle.
