I have been performing commissioning for a wide variety of system types since 2010. I look forward to refining my skills, improving building system performance and longevity any way I can for the rest of my career.

Performing Commissioning, Energy Audits and Analysis on Commercial Buildings. Provide NOII (Net Operating Income Improvement) reports advising building Owners on how to save Energy and Money while keeping budget constraints in mind. I have and can work directly with building Owners, Asset Managers, Property Managers, Facility Engineers and Contractors to pin point scope and project needs.Creating Energy Star and Noesis Building Portfolios to determine, track and project building energy use.Managing and implementing Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) simulations to analyze system and environmental conditions and effects on buildings.I also have experience being a LEED project Administrator and performing tasks associated with New Construction and Existing Buildings Operation and Maintenance (EBOM) rating systems.
