I am thrilled to be a spokesperson for WiddyUP. WiddyUP is a fully digital, video first fundraising platform. The mission and vision of WiddyUP aligns with work I do as a coach- supporting kids and young adults to find their voice and follow their passion.

The Doerr Institute employs professional leader coaches to help fulfill its mission to increase leader capacity for every Rice student. I am honored to have joined the team as an independent leadership coach. Doerr leadership coaches are firmly focused on the skills and competencies that make a student a more effective leader. As a community, we are committed to strengthening leader identity and increasing our client’s self-awareness by following a structured format to ensure quality and accountability to the process.

For over two decades, I've dedicated myself to supporting and guiding young adults, helping them navigate the complexities of their journey with confidence and resilience. My role extends beyond mere coaching; it's about empowering young people to embrace their full potential, make informed decisions, and step boldly into their future.In my years as an independent coach at the Doerr Institute for New Leadership Development, as the co-founder of LEAD, and now serving as the vice president for Girls Actively Participating, I've been privileged to witness and foster the growth of future leaders. These experiences have only deepened my commitment to development and empowerment.My foundation in Cultural Anthropology from Barnard/Columbia University has equipped me with a deep-seated passion for understanding each individual's unique stories and perspectives. This insight is the cornerstone of my coaching.

• Built a diverse practice working with private clients on a range of issues around career and life changes• Design and facilitate workshops based on EQi (emotional intelligence)
