My role extends beyond mere coaching; it's about empowering young people to embrace their full potential, make informed decisions, and step boldly into their future.In my years as an independent coach at the Doerr Institute for New Leadership Development, as the co-founder of LEAD, and now serving as the vice president for Girls Actively Participating, I've been privileged to witness and foster the growth of future leaders. These experiences have only deepened my commitment to development and empowerment.My foundation in Cultural Anthropology from Barnard/Columbia University has equipped me with a deep-seated passion for understanding each individual's unique stories and perspectives. This insight is the cornerstone of my coaching.
