As a Vault Operations Executive In charge,Roles & Responsibilities: - • I am handling currently 180cr Vault Operation, MSP & 40+ Bank their MSP accounts as a Vault Operation Executive in charge. • Handling Vault Process ATM Loading, off-loading transactions, and reconciling negotiable instruments. • Mail Communication regarding Vault Operation & any kind of queries. • The Vault Operation Planning, Monitor & Daily Activities of Vault operations.• Manage Bank, MSP Audits & Office internal Audits.• Ensure to Prepare VBR & VCB timely & Ensure the Team will be sent to the concern MSP within TAT.• Keeping eye focus on Vaulted Cash, Track withdrawals from Bank & their deposition. • Maintain availability of Shift Staff as per requirement & ensure the operation is not affected because of absenteeism.• Maintain any Bank/MSP account Cash issues, withdrawals done, and control the wrong procedure if any. • Focus on Vault security system & their Gadgets properly working or not.

As Sr. Executive Operations,Working with MSP’s Like– WSG / HITACHI / EPS / FSS / EURONET / TATA Good Interaction with RM, MSP’s & Its Channel Managers.Roles & Responsibilities: - • End-to-end ATM, CDP & CIT operations responsibilities for the complete Pune Branch.• Ensure the Route Planning, Allocation, and dispatch of the routes within time and Monitor the daily route operations. Manage All Vault operations, Bank Audits & Office audits.• Mainly keeping aye focuses on the day-to-day Field operations and Communicating with MSP clients, vendors, and other departments to ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. • Day-to-Day Operations – Related ALL ATM, CIT & CDP. • Taking care of FLM / SLM – Escalations (Over Calls & Emails)• Taking care of ATM CIT & CDP Cash Operations – Escalations (Over Calls & Emails)• Taking care of Operations – Escalations (Over Calls & Emails)• Handling the MIS team and ensuring that the MIS, and report are shared within TAT MSP & Banks. • Responsible for planning routes, manpower, and resources required based on the business requirement. • Route Plan – To make route profitability worked on Vehicle & Guard to reduce route planning costs.• Handling above 700+ CIT Points & 900 ATM’s all over Pune Region.• Taking care of OTC ( One time combinations ) – with the help of HO OTC Desk ( with good knowledge of S & G Locks & KABA ( MH )Locks – Activation / Deactivation + Generating combinations. • Worked in close collaboration with the team members to deliver an increased profit for the number of the ATMs, CIT, CDP, and overall revenue. • Consumables –Handling / Generating – Monthly reports - Like R/P / JP & Other Office Stationery Etc.
