• Performing surveillance of guests and employees as it relates to theft• Provide customer service for customer in need of help• Prevent losses & damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures• Apply active counts of merchandise beginning and end shift

• Maintain sufficient levels of same day inventories to ensure the warehouse doesn’t run out and end up with disappointed customers• Repackaged bulk products into smaller packages to specific client specifications• Loaded and unloaded various shipments, while ensuring they came and went with the correct documentations and monitored stock levels at all time to prevent shortages.• Present a neat and professional image at all time and assist in always keeping the facility safe.• Rotates inventory to assure oldest product is sold first• Organize warehouse space

• Responsible for delivering orders within a schedule time• Provides professional customer service and timely reporting to supervisors• Assisting customers with groceries upon delivery and/or a accessing customers’ homes to assist them with the unloading of their groceries• Class B (Smaller delivery trucks to deliver goods)

• Performing surveillance of guests and employees as it relates to theft• Initiating suspect detention and investigation of retrial theft offenses• Gathering and documents evidence as it relates to theft• Testifying in court/depositions as a witness in all cases brought to trial• Conduction in market ticket surveys• Assisting Investigators with internal theft issues• Guest interaction with front gate ticket issues• Understanding and actively participating in Environmental, Health, and Safety responsibilities by following established Universal Orlando policy(s), procedures, training, and team member involvement activities• Performing other various duties as assigned
