 Resolved software and hardware issues for members of the DOL, supporting multiple states in office and remotely. Shipped out hardware to new hires and other employees of DOL for break fixes. Performed inventory for our office location. Setup new hires with the company. Answered calls resolving technical issues when Tier 1 experienced high call volumes. Performed asset management in Service Now as well as resolving tickets in Service Now.
