- CRM: Supporting the stores on the achievement of their Clienteling objectives by developing suitable tools (clients list, templates, results follow-up); acting as an expert in Clienteling- Events management : Organizing events following Zone's guidelines, while adapting them to the local specificities; Development of a complete Events' Toolkit to be shared among the stores community.Key events of 2017: Masters worldwide pre-launch in Vienna, Zürich store reopening.- Private Clients Relations: Defining adapted criteria of selection for the clients' targeting of each activity (fashion shows, visits of Ateliers, etc) in order to select the experience adapted to the client; Develop our VIPs & High potential Clients through PCR activities and use these experiences to increase their brand loyalty; Development of a complete PCR Toolkit to be shared among the stores community.- E-mailings & brochures: Managing the entire brochures process (2/year, for 5 countries).- Communication & administration: Managing the annual Clients & Events budget for the network.

- CRM: Taking responsibility for the client database accuracy; Generating thank you cards/birthday cards and other store lists regarding Clienteling; Managing the best new client program.- Events management : Coordinating, supporting and participating in-store and external events; Generating client lists and collecting feedbacks; Completing purchase orders (SAP) and validating invoices; Collaborating with suppliers and partners.- E-mailings & brochures: Managing the entire e-mailing process & supporting in the brochures procedure.- Communication & administration: Collecting and sharing Best Practices; Creating and developing clienteling tools; Weekly and monthly reporting, quantitative & qualitative client performance analysis; Supporting the annual business review & plan.

- CRM: Customers and prospects programs management, data cleaning. - Events Management: Managing and working at clients’ events; driving events (Porsche World Roadshow, Winter trainings); Geneva Motor Show: Ticketing & manager of the Porsche Restaurant.- Social media: Monthly e-mail Newsletter in 3 languages.- Community management: Helping by the implementation Porsche Green Club Suisse & Ladies’ Drive conference. - Product management: Working on prices and catalogs, coordinate the shipping of catalogs in Switzerland. - Coordination: Marketing budget overview, POSM to local garage (12).
