My journey in healthcare and data management began with a background in physiotherapy, providing me with valuable clinical insights. This foundation fueled my passion for healthcare and led me to pursue a Master's degree in Healthcare Management and Health Informatics.During my Health Informatics studies, I channeled my expertise into driving significant changes. I initiated the transformation of paper-based data processes within a school environment, serving as a data manager/administrator. This transformation not only eliminated human errors and duplicated work but also greatly enhanced operational efficiency. It facilitated improved communication between various stakeholders, including pupils, teachers, parents, and senior leadership.My commitment to optimizing data workflows continued to evolve when I joined Barmaja company as a consultant/business analyst. Here, I played a pivotal role in configuring their school data management software. I tailored the system to address specific needs, identified and resolved critical issues, and significantly improved work efficiency. Throughout this process, I ensured that data remained sharable while adhering to the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality.My career has been defined by a passion for tackling challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
