• Compiling highly confidential and time sensitive operational data from (69) company supported camps in Northern Afghanistan• Identifying and resolving client issues• Working in tandem with the E.O.C. (Emergency Operations Center) and Security Team during any and all emergencies • Reviewing contracts for accuracy prior to submission to the client, the United States Government• Conferring with management to obtain data required for planning activities, such as new work commitments, status of work in progress, and problems encountered • Preparing and presenting executive level presentation materials• Recommending measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of product or services, and suggesting changes in working conditions to increase efficiency• Scheduling and processing vacation requests• Reviewing and compiling operational data necessary for analysis, planning, and reporting purposes• Performing daily tasks supporting the development and execution of operational strategies, work projects and other activities• Supervising a team of subcontractors and/or labor broker personnel

• Admitting students and processing enrollment based on the guidelines set by the State Board of California for Barber and Cosmetology (SBCBC). Responsible for compiling and submitting each semester’s Student Roster and grade list to the Division of Vocational Technology’s Dean of Instruction at Laney College• Consistently heading all communications and correspondence between the SBCBC, Laney College (the L.E.A./partner), and the Department of Apprenticeship Standards, including Committee meetings with department representatives
