• Become familiar with ICON's SOPs/WPs, ICH GCP guidelines, appropriate regulations, ICON systems and the principles of and assist with investigator recruitment
• Maintain timelines and ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered into ICON systems

• Conduct and completes remote site management activities, with support as needed, according to applicable SOPS and the Study Monitoring Plan.
• To contact Clinical sites for specific requests (e.g. enrolment updates, missing documentation, data entry timeliness, data query follow-up, CDA finding follow-up, and action Item resolution or other sponsor specific.
• Take responsibility for project tasks and sees these tasks through to successful completion, with support.

• Serve as Clinical Research Coordinator II for various clinical studies, sponsors, and research groups including: NIH (DMID, DAIDS, DAIT, VRC), Vaccine Treatment and Evaluation Unit (VTEU), HVTN, VAX, HIPC, industry.
• Manage research project databases, develop flow sheets and other study related documents, and complete source documents/case report forms
• Interface with research participants, determine eligibility and consent study participants according to protocol.
• Assist in developing recruitment strategies and conduct screenings for study participants including interviews and questionnaires
• Collect study specimens (including but not limited to: blood with phlebotomy competency, oropharyngeal swabs, nasopharyngeal swab, mid-turbinate swab, saliva, urine, stool, vitals)
• Establish case packages for study procedures, monitor scheduling of procedures and charges, coordinate other services as needed
