I am passion driven. African Children and Youths are my passion. I strongly believe that despite the many issues in Africa, our future is bright. I see Africans in the nearest future harnessing and taking up world class opportunities irrespective of their socio-economic background. That is possible if they get up skilled up, become relevant to the 21st-century workforce, become globally visible, advance their careers, and arrive at the global stage by 2063 which is my mission.My name is Jamila Daniel Rabo I have been a teacher in a public school in Nigeria for 14 years. At first I had fears for the African youth looking at the Global 21st-century Work place thinking there is nothing I can do. The year 2020 changed everything for me. I started learning Digital Skills, became a web Analyst, Digital Facilitator and gained more skills. I began to see that I am a stake holder and I can be an agent of change. Now, I shape lives for a living.In 2023, I began nursing the idea of starting an Education organization to train youth acquire relevant skills and certifications that will help them access Global opportunities, most of our Trainings are free with an option to get a highly subsidized fee. To help get to children, I started holding Teacher Trainings that consist of Gender Responsive Pedagogies, the use of The Learning Passport and the use of Computer to compute results. So far we have trained over 200 Teachers and counting. If I am asked to describe myself in a word, I would say ‘’futuristic’’. As a teacher, Analyst and Facilitator I am consciously looking forward to being a part of shaping a glorious future for the African Youth.And oh, I am an expert at what I do. I love being an agent of positive change whether it is the children I teach at school, the organizations I analyze their websites , the Participants I train online.Do you like what I do?
