As a member of the opening staff at Mr. Masala, I worked to fill many roles at the company over its lifetime including marketing, account management, and bookkeeping. I worked primarily towards maintaining the company’s online presence, by way of overseeing email communication, marketing opportunities, and customer relations. Over the course of 3 years, I worked diligently to serve as a point of contact between the business and any potential business partners or customers in order to meet our organization's financial goals.In addition to being a resource to customers and business partners, I was responsible for researching new growth opportunities for the company. I successfully saved the company up to 30% on delivery commissions by finding cost efficient delivery options for our online stores. I also increased awareness of our company by 55% through social media and SEO initiatives over the course of 4 months. Lastly, I worked towards building a more user friendly and engaging website for the business which resulted in commission free sales and increased revenues by 23% over the course of 9 months.
