I am a very hard working individual who makes it her main priority to make sure any tasks given are finished properly, professionally, and promptly. Organization is vital for me, thus I make it a requirement that I keep myself as organized as possible, and one step ahead. I am a very outgoing, friendly woman who wants to always make sure that her co- workers, and the arriving clients feel as welcome and as comfortable as possible. In addition I have lived in Italy for five years.My greatest accomplishment was working for the G8 Summit in L’Aquila, Italy during the summer of 2009. I was required, as a receptionist, to manage the hotel in an efficient manner in which the political guests would feel as comfortable as possible. I was required to make sure that everything would be in place and on time so that things would continue smoothly throughout their stay. I would multitask daily by responding to over 20 calls and delivering messages to the guests directly. I would also make sure that the meeting rooms would be prepared for the guests who had their meetings in our hotel.
