Missing Pieces Support Group Texas was organized by group of women who have experienced pregnancy losses ranging from first-term miscarriages to stillborns. We know the emotional and physical toll that this type of loss carries, and we are committed to helping others in this situation. Our mission is to bring awareness to pregnancy loss and offer support to grieving families by: providing informational resources,forming a mindful community that bridges the gap for similar support services and providing a platform that gives families the opportunity to share their stories online.

We assist non-profit firms with reaching their full marketing potential by helping them tell their stories online to amplify their voices and elevate their impact. We perform the heavy lifting with brand representation through video production, social media management, and website development so that non-profit organizations can continue to focus on serving their communities.

•Conduct pre- and post-game checks of all premium seating areas of the Stadium.•Assume station at designated area (i.e., VIP entrance, club level host and concierge desks, suite level, Director’s Club, etc.).•Greet and welcome Suite and Club level guests as they enter the Stadium.•Provide information on the Stadium, the Club and the city of Houston to all guests upon request•Resolve any service issues encountered by premium product guests on the Suite and Club level•Assist with any special requests received from premium seating guests.•Assist with premium giveaways as necessary•Assist in any other service-related game day duties as necessary or as may be assigned by the Director of Luxury Suite Service, the Club Seat Manager, and the Premium Seating Service Manager.

Recruited into new role to strengthen communication with Bank of America client on the status, issues, and success of loan modification projects for outsourced mortgage lending processing operations.Selected Achievements:■ Established an effective communications framework between internal teams and client that increased awareness of initiatives, mitigated potential risks, and enhanced customer satisfaction and retention. Rebuilt relationships with client by researching issues with escalated loan modification projects, and by quickly communicating status and solutions. Engaged and collaborated with business, technology, and support teams to ensure the appropriate processing and delivery of loan modification documentation to client’s customers. Created the structure to gather and analyze data from multiple sources, report findings to client, and escalate urgent issues to maximize financial success. Captured and generated weekly and month-end scorecards to report on key performance indicators. Communicated new systems rollout procedures to client that strengthened accessibility of critical data.■ Developed the Escalation Department’s Policies and Procedures Manual that provided a standardized means to communicate to client throughout the lifecycle of loan modifications for the multi-million dollar portfolio. Defined solutions that resolved communication issues between 2 internal departments and client. Earned 2 promotions during 6-year tenure with this leading financial institution. Originally recruited to reduce potential financial losses on defaulted loans. Promoted to assist in implementing new collection system into the environment. Advanced to ensure the appropriate enhancement of the GMAC global collection system to meet business needs.Selected Achievements:■ Core member of team that defined, documented, and automated core business processes that improved productivity, strengthened data integration and information access, and supported business goals. Created a training manual for the workflows designed and implemented into new collections system. Developed, tested, and implemented a process that prevented associate submitted requests to a team leader from being overwritten when the account was in the administration queue. Presented and demonstrated functionality of new collections system prior to rollout to collection centers. Provided on-site support to end-users during and post go-live.
