Reports to the Board of Directors and successfully provide operational and strategic leadership for ACHa's staff, programs, expansion, and execution of its mission. Develop strategic relationships and collaborative arrangements with peer organizations, funders, local government, and other organizations.

Partnered with the Executive Director to pace and drive organization development, including analysis and implementation of priorities,partnerships, and infrastructure needs. Oversaw the planning, implementation and evaluation of the organization's programs and services. Assisted with fiscal planning and management.

Provided leadership, supervision, coaching, and accountability to achieve and maintain excellence in direct services for a team of 10. Advocated for client needs internally and externally to improve service delivery. Oversight of departmental budget. Communicated with board leadership and key partners to keep them engaged in the work of the organization.

Managed a caseload of 30 homeless or at-risk of homelessness families to increase independence and prepare for self-sufficiency by focusing on four areas: education, employment/finance, personal development and parenting skills.

Worked in therapeutic milieu with latency aged children in a short term crisis stabilization center. Provided counseling, educational, evaluative services and assisted youth with activities of daily living.
