This encompassed access control, security cameras, intrusion detection, physical security response, and fire emergency and safety protocols across 30 geographically distributed facilities in Doha, Qatar.∞ In this leadership role, I managed a team of 15 direct and oversaw 600 indirect security personnel, ensuring the seamless execution of security policies. Notably, I successfully gained board approval for the security policy and established a cutting-edge HSSE control room linked to every building within QF. ∞ During my tenure, I led the research and development efforts for an indigenous access control and attendance software/hardware solution. This innovative solution achieved remarkable success, establishing itself as a prominent choice in the industry and securing a substantial client base across Pakistan.∞ Our strategic partnerships with a reputable bank and a leading telecom provider contributed to us having the maximum installation base in the country at that time. Our software/hardware solution extended its reach to diverse sectors, including the paper industry and local businesses in Pakistan.∞ I played a key role in the effective integration of both Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and our proprietary Research and Development (R&D)-developed hardware with our in-house software. This integration resulted in cutting-edge biometric-capable security solutions tailored for enterprise use.∞ Under my leadership, the software house employed over 50 highly qualified software engineers, installers, and other personnel.
