• Developed new features in the Thunder project, a complete rewrite of Pairing, the first application developed by Ad Opt in the 1990s using new technologies and best practices – Java, JavaFx, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle • Designed a UX philosophy for the application and created wireframes and mockups to be used by developers • Developed new features in Preferential Bidding System (PBS) and Manpower Planning (MPP) – Java, Swing, Oracle• Learned the scrum framework and obtained the Certified ScrumMaster certification • Changed radically the way the scrum framework was implemented in-house, making teams more engaged in the process and more productive • Acted as scrummaster for all projects I worked in, educating team members on the framework, leading planning and retrospective meetings, client demos, etc. • Configured the JIRA tool for project tracking
