•Gather and interpret project related customer supplied information, defining requirements, and generating associated documentation to support operational distribution staff in the shipment of finished goods, components, and ancillary materials. Generate clear written instructions for the distribution and return, if applicable of material, ensuring full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice.•Provide timely information/documentation required for the management of the materials required for upcoming shipments. This includes receipt of customer supplied materials, Almac supplied materials, RI management, lot release activities and IRT set ups so that request for shipment are successfully dispatched. •Advise the Project Distribution Lead of any issues or delays arising throughout the course of the project, escalating to the Project Team or Project Group Manager as appropriate.
