Set up several meeting which lead to the creation of opportunities for St. Rita for 70 seats of A3, East Peoria licensing, Morton, IL school district Minecraft EDU add on, and Serendipity Daycare for 20 E3 seats. Generated Microsoft Training Events based on outreach and ability to lead with support. Laid groundwork for driving sales initiatives, organized Corporate prospecting list and partnering with Management on delegating each Education group based on region. Lead the team on processes by answering questions around which location each associate would handle, how to enter leads, and how to partner with neighboring Hubs on who was best fit to assist. Outreach to Education customers

• Ensure Accurate inventory levels by performing cycle counts to realign what system shows to physically what is on hand. • Accurately receive inventory using Microsoft Dynamics AX; research discrepancies. • In partnership with the Universal Store Team (UST), find process improvements on receiving product, and current returns process for retail stores. • Helped contribute to OMNI documentation, by walking thru the step by step guide. Making sure all documentation had the correct information for OMNI to move into first pilot with select stores. • Worked on Process gaps for receiving product, looked at open purchase orders to determine where gaps were and ways to improve. Improving gaps to help with to-be processes for Inventory Control Experts (ICE).• Worked on process gaps for in-transit items from DC to store. • Worked with Finance team, Operation team, Replen team, and Supply Chain to identify gaps. Improving gaps, helps with in-transit account that currently gets written off after reaching a certain dollar amount. • Worked on VAS label improvements. Worked with Supply Chain to implement a change in the way pricing comes in with incoming product.
