As ICT Executive, I need to handle IT Operations support including software application, hardware support and network infrastructure such as to troubleshoot, analyze and resolve application issues timely. To support and in charge of IT Inventory, Photocopy Machine, Label Printer, Barcode Scanner, Email, ERP System, etc. To support an incharge like network infrastructure & MIS facilities, etc. To always study and work for computer performance improvement and integration related tasks. To provide proactive technical support and follow up closely until issued is resolved.

As the Roving Engineer, l am required to roam (traveling) any schools in Singapore to provide on-site support such as Desktop Support L2, Troubleshooting Hardware and Software, Windows 10, Windows 7, Support End User and Resolve Their Queries. Others I also provide 1st and 2nd Level IT Support, provide desk-side and remote helpdesk service to end-user, troubleshooting issues related to hardware, applications, networks and emails.

As the IT Engineer, l am helping to meet the employer's needs for computer hardware, software and networking tools. I am responsible work to develop, test, install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software. As part of this process, I need work to create proper documentation, diagrams and other detailed instructions to help other employees make the best use of new technologies.

Maintenance internal network, troubleshoot network, computer, printer and server. Corrective and preventive maintenance such as VoIP, TM UniFi, biztrak server, PC, laptop, photocopy machine, access card, cctv and thumbprint device.
