During the Pandemic, it appeared to our eyes that we need new ways of income for the company to survive, and as part of my innovative mentality, I lead 4 main projects that kept our company running:1. Virtual book fair (April 2020):• Due to social distancing and the universal Quarantine, all international book fairs were canceled. But we decided to hold our own online book fair that is Different from selling on a regular platform, I was the team head that facilitated the whole process, from Assured that the design of the virtual book fair is as required and the whole content inside.• Facilitating 2 main Workshops as part of the cultural virtual book fair one on Business drawing and Visual thinking, and the second one on Designing a brand Identity. The total number of audiences at those two were 1000 participant.• Shooting 18 Sales Videos talking about the main and most important products we have, to give the sense of actual book fairs, as I was doing regularly but in Infront of the camera.• Getting in touch with the most important Authors of business and marketing and organizing for more training.• Facilitating the Editing process of the content.2. Dar Fekra:• Dar Fekra is still an ongoing project that allows people to self-publish their work through a fully atomized process, that has little human interaction, which makes it easier faster and feasible.• Supervising the first MVP of the website.3. Reading App• Leading the creation process if the App• Monitoring the Content and make sure it fits our standards of accuracy.• Managing the interface Design and the User Experience of the App.4. Jabal Amman Academy:• Shooting Short video Courses about Business, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship on Jap Platform.• Managing online live courses in partnership with other Training Academies like I-be and Buro Brand Academy and being the main facilitator and the face of the Academy.

It's a Mini Scholarship for less privileged school students in Jordan who live in Jwaidah, the Purpose of this Program is To Improve the English skills for students especially speaking.we use creative interactive ways to achieve this goal, like Games, workshops, lectures, and field visits to different places.
