The initiative aims to create a favorable environment for the creation and growth of high-growth-potential enterprises that capitalize on intellectual properties, technologies, and new business models. Read more: http://en.dean844.most.gov.vn/startup-ecosystem.htm- Leading the organization of the National Program 844's board-of-directors meeting, which gathers 30 leaders from ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-attached agencies, People's Committees, and think tanks within the Vietnamese startup ecosystem. - Participating in the drafting of the National program 844 in the 2020-2025 period.- Coordinating the production of key reports on the Vietnamese startup ecosystem in 2020.

- Researching, planning, and proposing strategic national communications plans to support the development of Vietnam's startup culture and the growth of the startup ecosystem on both domestic and international scales.- Partnering with 20 national news outlets to produce journalism products in various formats, including written articles, TV programs, events, awards, and business contests dedicated to startups and innovative SMEs. - Managing communications activities of the national program with extensive coverage on nearly 200 news outlets and supporting startup organizations' communications channels across the country.- Directing communications, public relations, and creative campaigns for the Office of National Program 844.- Supporting the organization of Techfest Vietnam 2018 and Techfest Vietnam 2019 in the USA - the largest annual event for Vietnam's startup community, which exceeded the set targets of attendants and investment deals.- Leading the "Journey to Startup Lands" project, which provided three training courses and field trips for nearly 40 journalists from more than 25 news agencies and communications organizations throughout Vietnam.
