I am a Brazilian and Australian qualified physiotherapist and clinical Pilates instructor, holding a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Faculdade De Tecnologia e Ciencias in Brazil. With over 15 years of experience in Pilates and certification as a Polestar Pilates instructor, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice.As a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist, I take great pride in helping patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and return to their favorite activities. My particular interests lie in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, and dry needling, areas in which I am constantly seeking to expand my knowledge.As a creative and dynamic clinical Pilates instructor, I love helping clients achieve their goals while working to prevent injury and manage pain. My approach combines evidence-based practices with personalized care to ensure the best outcomes for my clients. My creativity is also fueled by my passion for music, as I play both the guitar and piano.Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and photography.
