Customer Service/ Ramp Agent
Customer Service/ Ramp Service Agents move cargo and baggage on and off aircraft while repetitively lifting items up to 70 lbs. or more. Customer Service/ Ramp Service Agents are involved in the transportation of freight, mail, and baggage between airport terminals, air cargo facilities, and other aircraft.
