Receive in all used titles from customers, dealers, banks, and auctions, input title information into Reynolds, sign over all used titles to the dealership name, send titles to title company to flip into dealership name, apply for any and all duplicate titles, process all out of state title and registration transactions, reach out to purchaser and Finance Dept of any missing paperwork needed to complete title and registration for purchased unit, get required documents filled out and sent to title company to process in appropriate state, follow up with any pending deals currently at DMV for processing, follow up with purchasers on pending or completed deals, call banks on a daily basis for updates on loan payoffs to receive title, take incoming phone calls from customers, banks, sister stores, or auto auctions, process a title audit every two weeks to ensure accuracy on used car schedule for GMC and New Whiteland dealership
