  I was initially hired as a frontline Museum Store Assistant on the sales floor in 2008, and was promoted in 2018 to be a Customer Service Representative at the Museum Store. I process and pick orders placed through the Museum Store's online shop. I also answer phones, respond to emails, and facilitate special orders for corporate purchasers, while communicating clearly and concisely the mission of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, which is to provide a resource of art and inspiration to visitors through positive experiences.
