• To supervise daily quality control operations.• To maintain the concrete mix to the given accurate measures.• To check the quality of cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate and water.• To implement all test on concrete to ensure the quality of it.• To confer with plant manager and production personnel to establish project schedules according to factors such as truck capacities, distances to delivery sites, and unloading time.• To monitor all product control testing by all companies for slump, air content, temperature and cast test specimens.• To prepare and submit all concrete mix and material certifications and submitting for state and commercial work.• To review all state and commercial project specifications are prior.• To evaluate and implement new raw materials and products.• To visit sites to ensure the quality of product and customer satisfaction.• To work closely with the operations, dispatch, replenishment, plant supervisor, and drivers to help the regional team play their role in ensuring consistent, quality control.• To troubleshoot and solve situations resulting from material and mechanical problems.• To maintain a record book to record all the results of quality test.

• To act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.• To ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.• To check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.• Preparing reports as required.• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
