1°) E-Store Admin and Staff Management- Manage the E-store team and prepare the staff and workload planning. Anticipate surge in activity and plan resources accordingly.- Drive the E-store staff to ensure productivity (orders per day, cost per order) and quality (error rate) of the activity2°) Inventory Management, Goods Receipt and Shelving- Liaise with E-Demand & Supply planner to have clear idea of inbound deliveries- Plan and manage goods receipt and shelving in line with company norms- Ensure optimum occupancy rate of E-store locations and alert in case of risks- Alert E-Demand & Supply planner in case of risk of OOS and SLOBS3°) Order to Cash Process- Receive the orders from eCommerce back office, and process them into the POS. - Manage order preparation and delivery respecting Business rules and requests (time, quantity and quality).- Ensure invoicing for all orders is done accurately and according to the guidelines4°) Customer Service, Returns & 3PL Management- Liaise with Contact Center whenever it is needed to provide any required information and solve any issue with Customer (returns, refunds, cancellation, claims…).- Manage the return process: reception of the returned order, control the quality of the products, validate the process according to the business specifications, in case of product replacement prepare the next shipment, and in case of refund ensure the customer has been credited.- Manage the shipment provider, proceed to handover and follow up on delivery process.
