Duties: Developed, validated, and applied pharmacokinetic compartment modeling to multiphoton microscopy to assess vascular permeability and tissue perfusion before and after radiotherapy. Performed dose-calculated preclinical radiotherapy treatment and assisted, with treatment design for novel targeted skeletal radiation therapy treatments (total marrow irradiation, TBI, etc.). Assisted with dosimetry, dose calibration, and QA checks for a small animal irradiator. Performed image registration and contouring of images from several modalities (PET, CT, MRI).

Performed and assisted with phantom imaging, detector normalization, and calibration for prototype PET system. Developed macroscopic imaging for automated detection of the vascular response to radiotherapy. Planned, performed, and analyzed mouse experiments for PET/CT imaging and gamma counter biodistributions (SUV, %ID/g, etc.) of several radiopharmaceuticals ([64Cu]Cu-DOTA-Anti-CD33, [18F] FDG, [18F] FLT, [18F] FMISO, [64 Cu]64 Cu-DOTA-M5A, [89 Zr] 89Zr-Oxine).
